Job description
1. Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
2. Actively participate in various safety activities and safety knowledge training organized by the company, the department and the team.
3. Perform the job duties specified in the emergency plan, and usually participate in emergency drills as required.
4. The daily testing and assay work of the company's raw materials and product indicators, and the analysis process should strictly implement the company's safety several standard SOP requirements.
5. Record the testing Results, at any time to provide data for quality control.
6. Take charge of the maintenance, maintenance and regular calibration of relevant testing instruments and ancillary equipment.
7. Assist in the supervisor to develop the preparation of relevant instrument SOPs, take the initiative to identify problems and timely return to superiors.
8. Conduct 5S management, including ground hygiene, the tidiness of filling area, and the placement of diluted gas cylinders.
9. Be familiar with the use of general chemical analysis equipment, such as gas chromatography, spectrophotometer, automatic titration analyzer use, as well as general chemical analysis.
10.Take charge of the implementation of the 5S work within the scope of work.
Major Requirement:
Chemistry and related majors, technical secondary school or above
